In the event you receive the message "Please double check your login for accuracy. Retype Credentials" when attempting to log into ROES, as shown below:
You will simply want to clear the account number and password fields completely. Then, re-enter your information.
A few notes about logging into ROES:
Fresh installations of the ROES application will have bullet points in the password section as placeholders. Please clear these out and enter your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Your account number is the Customer ID found on your Nations Photo Lab website profile under My Account, My Personal Info. The password used to log in to ROES is the same password used to log in to your web-based account- it is case-sensitive.
