Please clear the account number and password fields and re-enter your information.
A few notes about logging into ROES:
Fresh installations of the ROES application will have bullet points in the password section as placeholders. Please clear these out and enter your password.
Your account number is the Customer ID found on your Nations Photo Lab website profile under My Account, My Personal Info. The password used to login to ROES is the same password used to login to your web based account- it is case sensitive.
