Is your ROES application experiencing technical issues? Are you unable to navigate around the application smoothly? Are functions not loading/operating properly? Is the application lagging? These are all examples of errant behavior that can be seen in ROES. These types of issues can be resolved by clearing the caches (stored memory files accrued during usage).
Before you attempt to clear your cache, you will want to be sure to save your cart if you wish to come back to it later. For steps on how to save your cart, click here!
Next, to clear your caches click "Home" in the upper left corner of the ROES application. From the Home screen you will see "Diagnostic Tools" in the bottom right corner. Click to expand that section and select Clear Caches:

Select "Clear Both Caches" and click OK:

The application will shut down and you will be prompted to restart the ROES application.
