If you are needing to uninstall and reinstall the ROES software but would like to first, save your cart for later, please follow the steps below!
Window Users:
1. Click on your user folder (the folder will be titled the name of your computer) located at C:\Users.
2. Click on the ".NationsPhoto" folder.
3. Right click on the "saved" folder and click "copy" in the menu.
4. Right click on your desktop and click "paste" in the menu.
5. Now you may proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling ROES. For Windows instructions, click here.
6. Once you have reinstalled ROES, you will want to "copy" the "saved" folder from your desktop and "paste" the folder back into the ".NationsPhoto" folder we accessed in step 2!
7. Once pasted back into the ".NationsPhoto" folder, close your ROES software and re-open it.
8. You should now see your saved carts back under the "Upload" section in ROES!
Mac Users:
1. Click the "GO" button on the top row of your desktop.
2. Select "Go to Folder".
3. Search for and click the ~/.nationsphoto folder
4. Right click on the "saved" folder and click "copy" in the menu.
5. Right click on your desktop and click "paste" in the menu.
6. Now you may proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling ROES. For Mac instructions, click here.
7. Once you have reinstalled ROES, you will want to "copy" the "saved" folder from your desktop and "paste" the folder back into the "~/.nationsphoto" folder we accessed in step 3!
8. Once pasted back into the "~/.nationsphoto" folder, close your ROES software and re-open it.
9. You should now see your saved carts back under the "Upload" section in ROES!
