The pick-up shipping option is unavailable until further notice. To keep our employees and customers safe, we require all orders to be shipped upon fulfillment.
Shipping Methods
Please note that you cannot choose a specific shipping carrier with Nations Photo Lab. Packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Mail Innovations, and the carrier is determined based on your shipping address and package criteria.
IMPORTANT: FedEx Ground and FedEx Express cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.
- USPS Mailer
We offer a lower-rate shipping option of $5.95, which is currently only available through the website. This shipping method applies to luster, pearl, and glossy Photo Print orders (without linen texture or mounting). The order can include 3.5” x 5”, 4” x 4”, 4” x 5”, 4” x 6”, 5” x 5”, and 5” x 7” prints weighing 8 oz. or less (including envelope and merchandising bags).
You don't need to calculate your package weight; our ordering system does it for you! If applicable, this shipping method will appear as an option to select.
USPS Mailer shipments ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Mail Innovations, which is transferred to USPS on the last leg of delivery. The estimated shipping time frame is 2-7 business days.
- ECONOMY SHIPPING
Orders under a merchandise total of $89 will ship via Economy shipping for $8.95 per order. For qualified orders that reach a minimum merchandise total of $89, we offer free Economy shipping within the contiguous United States (forty-eight adjoining United States).
Please note that if applying a promo code to your order, the system will factor in the discount before calculating the free Economy shipping. Therefore, your merchandise total must meet $89 with discounts applied.
Economy delivery shipments ship via UPS Mail Innovations, USPS, or FedEx and are estimated to arrive in 3-10 business days. The shipping provider cannot be selected.
Below are estimated Economy shipping times depending on the location:
East Coast: 3-4 Business Days
Midwest: 3-6 Business Days
Southwest: 3-6 Business Days
Northwest: 4-7 Business Days
West Coast: 4-10 Business Days
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: 5-7+ Business Days
International: 7-10+ Business Days
- STANDARD SHIPPING
If you would like your order to arrive a little sooner than a 4-10 business day delivery time, we do have a Standard shipping delivery service you can choose for $9.95.
Standard delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and are estimated to arrive in 3-7 business days. The shipping provider cannot be selected.
- FAST & FASTEST SHIPPING
Within the contiguous United States, you may also select to add Fast or up to Fastest shipping to your order if you need it to arrive even sooner! Below, we have outlined the options you can choose from:
- Fast delivery service- $14.95
- Fast delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and are estimated to arrive in 2-4 business days. The shipping provider cannot be selected.
- Faster delivery service- $18.95
- Faster delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and are estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days. The shipping provider cannot be selected.
- Fastest delivery service - $34.95
- Fastest delivery shipments ship via FedEx only and are estimated to arrive in 1 business day.
We do not offer free Standard, Fast, Faster, or Fastest shipping on qualified orders with a minimum merchandise total of $89. Please note the business days for the Fastest delivery service are Monday-Friday only.
Production times must still be factored in with delivery times, depending on your chosen delivery service! However, we've made it easy to determine when you will receive your order at your door! As you checkout, you can view estimated delivery dates, which include the production and shipping timeframes.
- INTERNATIONAL/NON-CONTIGUOUS STATE SHIPPING

Your refusal to allow on-site pick-up makes no sense. You say it's about COVID safety, but that holds no persuasion by now. All other retailers who genuinely want to serve their customers have long found multiple ways to do this safely. Your real reason that you don't want to be bothered and that you've shifted your business practices. Please-at least stop lieing about why you've cut customer service. Second: realize that you are losing both business and reputation by your action. Please reassure me that your management is taking this seriously.
