📦 Local Pickup

In 2020, we discontinued local pickup. Most products are produced at our Pennsylvania facility, and shipping directly helps ensure faster delivery and lower overall costs.

⏱ Production + Delivery

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

On our product pages, you’ll see an estimated delivery range based on general production timelines and typical transit times.

At checkout, you’ll see the most accurate estimated delivery date, which takes into account:

• Your selected products
• Production time
• Shipping method
• Your delivery address

This final estimate includes all the details of your order and is the best reference for when your order is estimated to arrive.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.

🚚 Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers and shipping costs are automatically determined based on:

• Product type
• Size and weight
• Shipping destination

Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or UPS Mail Innovations, and cannot be manually selected.

On ROES, your shipping costs will be calculated based on the starting rates listed below.

✉️ Economy Mailer (Small Photo Print Orders)

We offer a low-cost shipping option for smaller photo print orders:

• Flat Rate: $7.50
• Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days
• Eligible Sizes: 5×7 or smaller
• Quantity Limit: Up to 48 prints
• Weight Limit: 8 oz. or less (our system calculates this automatically)
• Packaging: Flat protective mailer (not a box)
• Carrier & Speed: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Mail Innovations (transferred to USPS for final delivery)

Note: Ideal for standard Photo Print orders. The option is not available for mounted, textured, or specialty photo products.

📦 Economy Shipping

• Starting at: $9.95
• Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days
• Carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or UPS Mail Innovations

✅ Free Economy Shipping

Free Economy shipping is available when:

• Your order total is $89+ (after discounts)
• All items are 16×20 or smaller
• The order does not include restricted product types

❌ Free Shipping Does Not Apply When:

• Any item has one side measuring 21” or larger
• The order includes restricted items:
  • Acrylic products
  • Album99
  • Buzz Books
  • Foil Cards
  • Pillows, Blankets, Mugs, or Self-Inking Stamps
  • Boutique packaging or wallet boxes
  • Gift Cards
  • Drop ship orders
  • Freight shipments

📌 Important: If any item in your order exceeds 20” on one side, the entire order is no longer eligible for free Economy shipping.

• Northwest: 4-7 Business Days
• West Coast: 4-10 Business Days
• Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: 5-7+ Business Days
• International: 7-10+ Business Days

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available within the contiguous U.S.

Free Economy shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods.

📮 Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses

• Economy shipping via USPS only
  • FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to these address types

📌 Note: Larger items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and require a physical address.

📦 How Shipping is Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Product type
• Product size and weight
• Packaging requirements
• Destination address

Orders with multiple product types follow the most restrictive shipping rules.

🌍 International & Non-Contiguous U.S.

Orders shipping to any destination outside the contiguous U.S. require custom shipping rates.
