We know shipping costs are an important part of your order, so we’ve outlined exactly how free shipping works at Nations Photo Lab.

✅ When Free Shipping Applies

Free Economy shipping is automatically applied at checkout when:

• Your order total (merchandise total) is $89 or more (after discounts)
  • If you use a promo code, the discount will be applied first. Your merchandise total must still be at least $89 after the discount to qualify for free Economy shipping.
• All items are 16×20 or smaller
• Your order is shipping within the contiguous United States
• The order does not include restricted product types

❌ When Free Shipping Does Not Apply

Free shipping is not available when:

📏 Size Restrictions

• Any item has one side measuring 21” or larger
  (Examples: 20×30, 24×36, large wall art)

📌 If your order contains multiple items, but one item exceeds this size, the entire order becomes ineligible for free Economy shipping.

📦 Restricted Product Types

• Acrylic products
• Album99
• Buzz Books
• Foil Cards
• Pillows, Blankets, Mugs, or Self-Inking Stamps
• Boutique packaging or wallet boxes
• Gift Cards
• Drop ship orders (ROES only)
• Freight shipments

Standard, Faster, and Fastest shipping options are always paid for at full cost.

🌍 International & Non-Contiguous U.S.

Orders shipping to any destination outside the contiguous U.S. require custom shipping rates.

📦 Economy Mailer (Small Photo Print Orders)

For smaller photo print orders, we offer a budget-friendly mailer option:

• Flat rate: $7.50
• Photo prints must be 5×7 or smaller
• Maximum of 48 prints
• Ships in a flat mailer

📦 Mixed Orders

If your order includes both eligible and non-eligible items:

• Shipping costs will be combined based on product and size requirements
• Free Economy shipping will apply only where eligible

✨ Example

• $89 in prints, sized 16x20” or smaller (eligible for free Economy shipping)
• 1 Album99 (requires paid shipping)

👉 Result: You’ll see a combination of free and paid shipping charges.
