Nowhere can I find what the processing time is for prints. I understand that it needs to be added to the shipping time so I know when to expect my order, but I have no idea how many days to add to the shipping time!

What is the processing time for nine 12x18" prints and one 11x14" print??

This does not state any specific time for processing.  How long does it take for images to be printed?  My order has stated IN PROCESSING for a few days.  Does it typically take days to process?

I'm also wondering what the processing time is.  I ordered prints with plenty of time (I thought) to submit one of the photos for my daughter's class composite.  It's still "processing" and I am getting nervous.

Seria muy bueno que en su aplicación tuviera proceso del trabajo, como muchas aplicaciones y seria muy bueno porque así sabríamos donde y en que proceso va nuestra orden de trabajo.

There was no processing time listed on the item I ordered and I paid $30 dollars for overnight shipping. I haven’t received my item yet, how ever I hope that it spectacular. But I will not be ordering from this company again. $30 dollars down the drain for a 18.99 item. Overnite shipping shouldn’t be an option

NO MENTION OF PROCESSING TIME IS LISTED ON THE ORDERING, CART, OR CHECKOUT PAGES OF YOUR SITE.   AS THIS APPEARS TO BE A CONCERN TO MORE THAN JUST ONE OF YOUR UNDERVALUED CUSTOMERS, IT WOULD SEEM THAT YOU WOULD TAKE ACTION. HOWEVER, GIVEN THAT NONE HAS BEEN TAKE, I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT YOU DON'T CARE.   THIS IS A SCAM TO UP-CHARGE FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND NOT DISCLOSE THAT 2 DAYS REALLY MEANS 5-7.

    Hello Craig,

Thank you for contacting us! We do list production times for our products on the individual product pages. For example, if you navigate to the Album99 page (https://www.nationsphotolab.com/album99.aspx), you will see a 'Shipping Information' section. Here, you will see the production turnaround time. I have included a screenshot below for your reference:

Another example: If you navigate to the prints page (https://www.nationsphotolab.com/prints.aspx), you will see turnaround times listed under the Shipping Information section.

At this time, we do not have the production times listed in the cart or checkout but I would be happy to forward your feedback to our web team.

Regarding the shipping, we absolutely want to be transparent on the expedited shipping methods and what that entails. To confirm, the two expedited shipping methods (two day and overnight) do not expedite the production time. These two options are for shipping only. Once your package leaves the lab after being fulfilled, you would receive your order in two business days if two day was chosen, or in one business day if overnight was chosen. This information is included in our Shipping FAQ help center. We have also noted this in the checkout page. Upon selecting two day or overnight shipping method, a message does pop up to let you know expedited shipping does not affect the in lab production times. I have included a screenshot below:

If you are needing the product you are ordering to be made quicker than the normal listed turnaround time, then that would need to be relayed to us so we can see if we can accommodate that request. This would be a rush request.

We have specific production times for each one of our products as these are custom items that we are creating. I hope this clarifies.

    -The Nations Team!

That would be perfectly fine had I ordered an album.  I along with anyone else would expect an extended production time for printing and binding a book.   Yet even in that example you had to open an additional shipping tab in order to find the information.

I am referring to the Order Prints page, which has no such “Shipping Information” tab and furthermore, your highlighted text does not exist on the “Review” tab when ordering prints.  I just looked, it’s simply not there.   Given that people have obviously been complaining about this for quite some time, it might be a better plan to address the issue and not waste time on an attempt to convince the customer (yes I did say CUSTOMER) that they are blind, incompetent, or mistaken.   Had you taken corrective steps 2 years ago after the first complaint, we would not be having this conversation.   My guess is someone answered that comment in a similar fashion and so here we are.

The examples above were simply to show where you could find the production times for items on the website, if you were needing to locate that information. The comments from two years ago were due to this particular article being prematurely published without turnaround times listed. We addressed those clients and had fixed the issue. However, we greatly thank you for your feedback and it has been forwarded to our team!
