How and where do I upload my photos to the website? (Desktop)

Before uploading, we recommend reviewing your files to ensure they meet our upload requirements.

If a file does not meet our requirements, you may receive an upload error message.

Please note: Photos cannot be emailed to our team for upload.

🔐 Access My Photos

To begin, sign in to your Nations Photo Lab account.

Then:

1. Hover over My Account in the upper-right corner of the website
2. Click My Photos from the dropdown menu

📤 Upload & Manage Your Photos

Once you are on the My Photos page, you’ll see the updated photo management interface.

On the left side, under Add Photos From, you can upload images from:

• Your computer
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Google Photos

If uploading from your computer, simply click My Computer, select your image files, and the upload will begin automatically.

On the right side, you can manage and browse your uploaded photo library.

Available options include:

• View All Photos in one combined library
• Open a specific gallery to view only images within that folder
• Upload images directly into the gallery you’re currently viewing
• Create new galleries
• Rename existing galleries
• Sort images by:
  • Newest
  • Oldest
  • A–Z

This updated layout gives you more flexibility and makes it easier to organize, locate, and manage your uploaded images.

🗂️ Creating a New Gallery

To create a new gallery:

1. Click Create New Gallery
2. Enter your desired gallery name
3. Click Save

Once created, you can upload directly into that gallery.

🍎 Apple / Mac Users

If your photos are stored only within Apple-managed applications such as iCloud Photos or Apple Photos, you may need to first download or export the images to your computer before uploading.

Once saved locally, you can upload them through the My Computer option.
