Getting Started: How do I sign up for an account?

Getting started is very simple! Follow the below steps to sign up for a free account in 30 seconds!

1. Go to www.nationsphotolab.com!
2. Click the "Sign-Up" button in the site's upper right corner.
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Create an Account!" on the right-hand side. Then, enter your first and last name, email, whatever password you would like to use, and what type of photographer you are. Once you have filled out those fields, click "Sign Up!"
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have clicked the Sign-Up button, a new page will display your Account #/Customer ID! Please note that the Account # is the same as your Customer ID number.

 
Once you have created an account, you can order directly from our Nations Photo Lab Website or Mobile App or download our desktop ordering software, ROES! Below, we have listed the key differences between our three ordering platforms:

The Nations Photo Lab Website is a simple e-commerce platform that allows you to create a gallery to upload your photos into and order immediately online: 

• Fast and easy to navigate, similar to all other e-commerce websites you have used.
• You can combine all products into one easy checkout method. You don't need to order different paper types (lustre, glossy, pearl, linen texture, color corrected) or other products within several orders.
• Create galleries and upload photos right from your desktop! There is a 40MB file size limit per file, and we can only accept JPEG and PNG file types. 
• You can save your projects online for future viewing/ordering from multiple computers.
• Create your own design templates using a variety of backgrounds and layouts.
• Checkout using any major credit card or PayPal!

• Web Browser: when accessing the Nations Photo Lab website, we highly recommend using the Google Chrome browser. Google Chrome is often considered a more robust browser due to cross-platform capability, speed and performance, syncing and integration, security features, frequent updates, and wide adoption and support. Browsers such as Safari, IE, Edge, etc. periodically pose issues, as they have limited capability and lack specific plug-ins, causing technical issues.

The Nations Photo Lab ROES software is entirely separate from the Nations Photo Lab website. It is Java-based downloadable software that runs on your computer. You choose and open your folder of images and can then begin selecting what you wish to order from our product catalogs:

• You don't need to access the website. Open ROES and sign in using the same Account #/Customer ID and password you use for the website. You don't need to make an additional account!
• Upload images right from your desktop.
• There is no file size limit; the website has a 40MB file size limit.
• You may upload TIFF files, along with JPEGs and PNGs.
• You can save your cart for future viewing/ordering.
• Upload your own design templates easily.

The Nations Photo Lab Mobile App is separate from the Nations Photo Lab Website and ROES software. You can download the Nations Photo Lab app from your Play Store!

• You don't need to access the website or ROES.
• Sign in or sign up for an account using your Nations Photo Lab-related email address and password or your Google, Facebook, or Dropbox accounts!
• Upload images from your phone's gallery OR Facebook, Google Photos, and Instagram. You can also access the galleries on the website from the mobile app!
• Although the app is a separate system from the website, you do still have the ability to access the shopping cart items you have in your website shopping cart and vice versa!
