Can I attach an image file while in a live chat with a Customer Service Agent?

Yes! You can attach a file in a live chat with a Customer Service Agent. Below are steps on how to do so:

1. On the chat window, click the paper clip icon.
   
   
   
   
2. Once clicked, you will see a new window pop up! Navigate through your computer directory to locate the folder that holds the image you want to attach.
3. Select the photo and click Open to attach that file to the chat!

Or, you can drag your image from the folder it is within and drop it into the messaging section of the chat window!
