Will these work on all envelope options?
The only envelopes this does not work on are the pearl envelopes.

Can I change the CASE of the typeface on a stamp?
No. Each stamp style is pre-set for all CAPS or upper and lower case for each specific area of type on the stamp. Text will match the formatting shown.

Can I purchase a replacement Stamp?
No, the Self-inking Stamps are purchased as a whole unit (stamper with ink, rubber stamp).
Can I void my Self-inking Stamp order once placed?
No, Self-inking Stamp orders cannot be voided once submitted.
What do I do if part of my stamp design is not transferring ink?
Remove and reinsert the stamp design and inkpad per the instructions below.
1. Lock the Stamper - Depress the Stamper until the base is perpendicular to the device. Press the red buttons on the side of the Stamper to lock it in place.
2. Removing and Inserting Stamp Design Plates - Squeeze the clips on the underside of the removable plate and pull them out of the Stamper. The plate will slide out easily.
3. Compress the stamper about ¼ of an inch and press the red side buttons to lock it in place. Gently push the ink cartridge out; you may need to push it with the top of a pencil eraser or a pen. To re-insert the ink cartridge, place it back in UPSIDE DOWN (wet side down) until it locks/snaps/clicks into place.
