Why am I not receiving emails?
Email services like Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! will block certain emails to protect you from unwanted or malicious emails such as phishing scams or spam. In this instance, the email service may mistake an email you want for an email you do not want to receive!
To ensure you are receiving the emails you want, you can add email addresses and domain names to the Safe Senders List, which are then never treated as junk or spam emails, regardless of the content of the message.
You can add your Contacts and other correspondents to the Safe Senders list, as well, to confirm you will always receive their messages in your inbox!
If an email service or you have specifically marked emails as spam, your email service will retain that spam identification from that point forward. This means the email service will route all future emails from that domain to your junk/spam folders. If you wish to add those emails to the Safe Senders List, you can search for those emails and simply click the option to report the email as 'not spam'! By doing this, your email service will place the emails back into your primary inbox. From there, you can add that email's domain to your Safe Senders List! Your email service will then route all future emails to your primary inbox.

Marketing emails (Newsletters, promotions/sales, contests, blog posts, and special offers): These emails notify customers of upcoming sales, discounts, and promotional material. You can choose to subscribe or unsubscribe for these emails at any point! Please add "saycheese@nationsphotolab.com" to your address book or safe senders list to ensure these emails are delivered to your inbox.
- Order confirmation and account-related emails: These emails, such as order confirmations, tracking confirmations, and any account change notifications, are sent automatically when those events occur. You are unable to unsubscribe from these email types. Please add "system@nationsphotolab.com" to your address book or safe senders list to ensure these emails are delivered to your inbox.

If your order has been fulfilled and labeled for shipment and you want to track your package, click here on how to do so! - Customer Support-related emails: These emails notify customers of any order holds and why. Also, the replies are sent through this portal if you send in an inquiry through the contact us form. Please add "info@nationsphotolab.com" to your address book or safe senders list to ensure these emails are delivered to your inbox.
