Currently, we have all been presented with a very challenging situation and we wanted to take a moment to provide you with an update on our response to the Coronavirus health emergency. Here at Nations Photo Lab, the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our top priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing our customers with excellent service.
We are closely monitoring the updates from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding Coronavirus. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials, and government agencies on an ongoing basis in effort to help keep our communities safe. We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking.
We are preparing for remote-work solutions, if needed, in effort to continue services, we have taken measures to increase disinfectant cleanings, we have installed additional hand sanitizing stations within the office along with hand sanitizing wipes, and will continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment – from employee/customer homes and businesses to our lab and offices.
We are also in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education, and support whenever needed.
During this time, we are taking every precaution we can to ensure the safety and health of our communities. To help achieve this, we are asking all clients who have orders to be picked up from the lab to contact us at your earliest convenience! We would be more than happy to have your order shipped to you instead, at no additional cost! Simply provide us with the best shipping address.
However, to help continue to promote a safe environment for everyone during this time, we have temporarily removed the pick up at lab shipping option. For the next few weeks, we will require all orders to be shipped once fulfilled.
