When accessing the shopping cart from your mobile phone, the cart will appear as so:
Overall Cart Options
1. You are able to click on the thumbnail image to enter the customizer for the item in order to edit the crop, change orientation of your template or image, or zoom in/out of your image.
2. All other available options for each item can be found by clicking the ellipses icon or by clicking on the line item itself.
3. To remove an item, simply click on the ellipses icon or anywhere in the title/label area. Then, click Remove Item.
If you would like to clear your entire cart, simply scroll to the bottom of the shopping cart page and click on <Click to Empty Cart>.
Cart options refer to the add-on options you can add to your order. These add-ons include wallet boxes, boutique packaging, and backprinting. These options were previously at the top but they have been moved to the bottom of the cart!
For the Wallet Boxes, once you click +Add Wallet Boxes, you will be shown the different wallet box options we offer.
Simply click on which type you would like. You will then be shown a quantity selector to indicate the amount you would like to purchase! Our Wallet Boxes can hold a maximum of 40-45 Wallet Prints.
Each product will have a menu. In the mobile cart, the menu will slide up from the bottom of the screen. This design was to make it easier to operate the menu with your thumb!
Within each menu, you will have several different options you can either select or check off for (toggle). The menu now displays a snapshot of each option! See below for reference.
Signature Wallet/Signature Die Cut Wallet:
For options that require text, you will now see text editors displayed inline on the desktop view. To save the text, you can either click the header above the item to navigate back to the previous menu or click the check mark button on the right.
Once you enter your text, you will be asked to choose your font type and font color.
Adding a border to a print:
While looking through the menu, you may notice an Info icon next to an option. If you click on the Info icon, the interface will toggle on the instruction for you! Below is an example of this:
In the previous cart design, there was no alert indicating if a required field was missing information. Therefore, we were receiving orders without some of the add-on options filled out! For example, not inputting text for Signature Wallets, not selecting the border width or color, not selecting an embossing font while providing the embossing text.
Our newly designed cart makes it very easy to ensure all required fields are filled! If there is missing information, we have added a notification that will alert you exactly what item and what option in the menu is missing information. You will notice the 'Checkout' button will change to '*Fix Items'.
Below is a screenshot of what your cart will look like if you have an item that needs to be fixed:
To know what is missing, simply click on the *Fix Items button. Clicking this will automatically take you to the first item in your cart that is missing required information. In the screenshot above, you can see for the Signature Die Cut Wallets the font type and color were chosen. However, the signature text was not provided. You will simply click on the ellipses icon or anywhere in the title/label area to expand the menu again.
When expanding the menu, you will see the alert indicator on the exact option that is needing an action.
Once the required fields are filled, you will see the orange alert disappear letting you know all is well now! If you have additional items in your cart that have missing options, simply continue to click on the '*Fix Items' button. You will be taken to the next item in your cart that needs your attention!
Once all items are fixed, you will see the '*Fix Items' button change to the Checkout button :)
