When ordering prints on the website, once you have clicked the Add to Cart button, you will be prompted to confirm the cropping of your photo in the “Review and Edit Crop” section. You can also access this from within the cart by clicking on the thumbnail. The preview you see here is how your image will print. The grayed out portions of your image will not print. You will also see a small orange outline around your image. That is there to outline the image, not the print area. If your image is being cropped, please visit our Cropping Issues help center article for more information on why your image is cropping! See below for what each button in the Review and Edit Crop section does.
The Rotate Image buttons will rotate the image in 90 degree increments either counter clockwise or clockwise within the print template.
The Zoom In/Out buttons will allow you to change the cropping from a long shot to a close-up view. Desktop users can also use the mouse wheel to zoom in/out while hovering over the image. Zooming in can lessen the resolution resulting in a low-resolution warning.
The Reset Crop button will remove any crop edits made to the image/print combination on the website.
Rotate Print Template
The Rotate Print Template button will change the orientation of the print from portrait to landscape in one easy click!
The Center Image button will match center point of the image with the center point of the print template. Graphical parts of the image itself are not considered with this function.
