What do the "Back Printing", "Reference" and "Special Instructions" fields mean upon checking out?
Back Printing refers to the information printed on the reverse side of your photo print(s). As a system standard, the order number and a sort number are printed on the backside of your photo print(s). However, in addition, we provide the option of adding custom text to the backside of your photo print(s) that are 4x6" in size or larger! There is a 25 character limit when adding Back Printing. We suggest using letters and numbers only and refrain from using any special characters (spaces are considered as a character). Back Printing is not available for Wallet Prints, Mounted Prints, or Framed Prints. Back Printing text is also standard across all prints within the order, we cannot add different text to certain prints.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add this feature to the order or alter the Back Printing in any way.
*ROES based orders will print your file name as well on the backside of your print(s). However, Web-based orders will not print your file name on the backside of your print(s).
Reference refers to the information used to label your order. You have the option of including a reference name to your order, or 'Nickname', which can help you to easily view and identify orders in your My Account section.
Special Instructions refers to the information you would like to provide to the lab. (Ex: Please Color Correct my images to be on the warmer side.)
In ROES, these three sections can be found in the shopping cart, under the "Options" panel to the right hand side.
On the Website, the Back Printing section can be found within the shopping cart, towards the bottom.
The Order Reference and Special Instruction sections can be found in step 3 of the checkout process.
