Q: My order has not completed and shipped- can I change the shipping address or delivery method?
A: Yes. Orders which are in production and have not completed or shipped can have the ship-to address/recipient name modified and the drop ship option applied (if applicable). Please contact Customer Service to complete this modification.
Q: My order completed and shipped- can I modify the address or shipping method?
A: No. Orders which have been completed or shipped cannot have the shipping address or method modified. To see if any alternative delivery options or redirection of order can be performed please contact the respective carrier. Creating a FedEx or USPS account and claiming/ verifying the tracking number allows you to view available delivery options.
