Our system does show a low resolution preview when inputting images into the product templates and within a gallery. This is done to maximize speed of service when working through the ROES ordering system and the website.
If your image/ print size resolution combination is of high resolution, your prints will be just fine. The systems do read your image file’s properties and cross references that information to the print size you are choosing. If your file is low resolution, you will receive a warning!
If you are still concerned, please do not hesitate to place a note into the special instructions section stating to please review resolution before printing as we would be happy to do so.
