Our system does show a low-resolution preview when inputting images into the product templates and within a gallery. This is done to maximize the speed of service when working through the ROES ordering system and the Website.
If your image is high resolution and large, your prints will be just fine. The system reads your image file’s properties and cross-references that information to the print size you choose. If your file is low resolution or too small, you will receive a red low-resolution warning!
To learn more, check out our Pixel Chart Guide, Determining the Best Print Size—How Large Can I Go?, and File Requirements Guide!
If you are still concerned, please do not hesitate to place a note in the special instructions section stating to please review the resolution before printing. We would be happy to do so! The special instructions section is located on the right side of the checkout page!
