October 2023: Shipping and Price Changes

Dear NPL Photographers,

October 2023 has been a fantastic month for Nations Photo Lab! I want to thank all our customers for supporting us during the launch of our new website. We appreciate all your feedback and will continue to work with our teams to implement website and mobile app improvements to enhance your experience!  

I have a few important announcements to share with our photographers. 

In the coming weeks, we will introduce new Frame styles such as Sharp Edge Wood, Barnwood, Thin Wood, and Safari Rippled Lines. All new Frames come in the exact sizes we currently offer, and all details regarding matting, backings, and hanging options remain the same. We will also be launching additional sizes for our Acrylic wall decor. 

Next, I must address some price increases. We are no different than other companies; we continue to experience economic pressures and cost increases with our material vendors and freight carriers. Starting October 2023, Nations Photo Lab has increased the prices of select sizes of Album99, but the Album99 shipping rate will remain the same.  We also will raise our free shipping minimum from $79 to $89. 

We understand how price increases impact our customers. More than ever, we remain dedicated to providing high-quality products. Increasing our pricing will sustain the quality of materials and service levels that you have always enjoyed as our valued customer.
