You just received your amazing Metal Print and now may be wondering how to properly care for it. Below are frequently asked questions :)

Q: Can Metal Prints be cleaned?

A: Yes! Metal Prints are great in that they will not yellow with age, are stain-resistant, and are chemical resistant. Each print is protected by a high-gloss UV coating which keeps your image resistant to water and dust over time. Metal Prints can be cleaned with a dust cloth or a clean rag using glass and all-purpose cleaners!

Q: Can Metal Prints be kept outside?

A: Technically, yes. However, consistent exposure to different weather elements and temperatures will shorten the life span of the Metal Print. We recommend keeping Metal Prints indoors and out of direct sunlight.

Q: Can Metal Prints scratch?

A: Yes, Metal Prints can scratch. Therefore, you will want to handle the surface carefully to avoid scratching. We also highly recommend avoiding stacking Metal Prints on top of each other, as surface abrasions can occur.

Q: How should I transport a Metal Print?

A: If you need to transport a Metal Print, we highly recommend placing the Metal Print into a polybag to help protect the surface. If you need to transport multiple Metal Prints, we recommend stacking the Prints back to back to again help protect the surface from abrasion.
