Question:
Why am I being charged multiple shipping charges?
Answer:
Certain items will ship together, and certain items will not, depending on the ordered product, as the turnaround time and production processes vary.
If ordering via the website, the system will automatically split the items within your order depending on the items being ordered. Each item type is its own entity. Items with similar turnaround times and production processes will be combined and shipped. If the ordered items have different turnaround times and production processes, the items will ship separately. No worries, though; you will receive an email confirmation with your unique tracking number for each shipment!
For example, if you order Photo Prints on the lustre photo paper and Photo Prints on the glossy photo paper, you will be given two order numbers. However, as the turnaround time and production processes are the same, the two orders will be combined and shipped together. If your order contains Photo Prints on the lustre paper and a Canvas Wrap, you will receive two order numbers. However, as the turnaround time and production processes differ, these two items would ship separately.
The web system will only factor in one shipping cost regardless of the items you have in your cart if you did not reach the minimum merchandise order total of $89. If you do reach the minimum, you would not be charged the Economy shipping fee on any item.
However, please remember there are order types that do not qualify for free Economy shipping, no matter what! Please click here to view those order types!
If ordering via the ROES system, you are prompted to click the catalog for the item you wish to purchase. If you switch catalogs, you do have to submit separate orders for production purposes. Therefore, you will be charged a shipping charge for each order. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee any of the items can be combined and shipped together.
