What if my image color depth is 24-bits? Should I go back to Photoshop and re-save in 8-bit, or does the image need to be edited in 8-bit as well?

I have the same question:  I plan to make a photo album of scanned watercolors, they are scanned as 48 bit depth TIFF files at 300 DPI, sRGB.  Will you accept those?

    Hello!

Thank you for contacting us! We highly recommend submitting the files in the 8-bit color depth as this is the optimal depth for our printers. However, aside from that, we definitely can accept TIFF files at 300 dpi, sRGB :)
