Am I able to combine orders?
Great question! Typically, orders that are sent to us at separate times/days, cannot be guaranteed they will be combined and shipped together. Within one order, we will combine like items to ship within the same package however, products that have varying turnaround times and production processes will be shipped separately under a different order number. Do not worry though! When submitting your order, our system will automatically combine like items and split the other items into separate order numbers. All order numbers will be listed under your My Account>My Orders section on the website. For each package that ships, you will receive a new tracking email.
Nonetheless, we would be happy to review your orders and adjust your shipping charges accordingly if the orders were submitted within the same day! Simply contact us!
