To check your order's status and overall order history, sign in to your account on the website and click the “My Account” button at the top right corner of the site. Then, select “Order History” at the top of the My Account page to view a list of your orders.
Under the "Order" section, click on your order number to view a copy of your order confirmation page. You can also click "View Order," which will briefly summarize your order details (items ordered) and the images you used.
Suppose you submitted your order through our website and received an order number starting with WEB, submitted through our desktop application ROES or mobile app. In that case, you will want to click the “View Legacy Orders Here” link at the top!
Under “View Legacy Orders Here,” you can search for your order by date or order number.
Status types

Received
- We have received the items from your order. They are awaiting processing by the order fulfillment service.

Processing
- We are processing your items and will begin printing soon.

Printing
- Your items are “printing.” We can't wait until you see the results!

Shipped
- Your items have been shipped and are on the way to your door!

On Hold
- Your items are temporarily on hold. Please click here if you are still waiting to hear from our customer service department.

Canceled
- We have canceled your order.
What do I do if I see a mistake with my order or if I receive my order with an issue?
