How do I edit my profile information and/or password?
You are able to edit your name, phone number, email address, change your password, or update your billing and shipping information by clicking the My Account button in the upper right corner of our website.
Once you are on the My Account page, you will be placed into the Personal Info tab. This is where you can make changes to your name, phone number, email, or password. This is also where you can obtain your account number/customer ID!
*Your NPL account number/customer ID cannot be modified*
You can then move over to the Billing Info tab if you would like to add/update your payment method and your billing address. Please note, the payment method you have saved under this section will be the payment method that will auto-populate in Step 2 (Billing) of the Checkout Process. Therefore, we highly recommend not adding a family member, friend, or client's card to your account as we are not liable for the incorrect card being charged.
The My Addresses tab is where you can add/update your shipping address!
If you would like to view the status of your order or review your order preview, you can click the My Orders tab! You can search your order history by using the date search or by entering the order number.
Lastly, you are also able to easily locate any saved projects you have by clicking the Saved Projects tab!
